In the Sweat Wallet app, if you navigate to “Grow” you will see the collective amount of $SWEAT accrued across all jars with the button to indicate “Claim” this $SWEAT.

What happens if I never claim any $SWEAT?
It will remain in the jars.sweat smart contract for all eternity until such a time that you choose to claim it.
